In his first letter to the Thessalonian church, Paul directs persecuted Christians to hope in the future of king Jesus' return who will make all things right. Join us at the Oast Houses in East Sussex, on the 11th -13th May 2018, for a weekend of fellowship and Bible teaching which will focus on Jesus' return and being sure we're ready for Jesus' return. Thinking about that together will be a great antidote to the uncertainty around us in the world today.
Our speaker for the weekend is Liz Cox, Minister for Women and Community at St Giles' Church, Derby.
The Oast Houses is just under 2 hours drive from Wimbledon. It is set in the midst of the Sussex countryside between Hawkhurst and Rye, and is well situated for walks and/or visits to local places of interest. There is an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna and a tennis court on site.
The Oast Houses is a beautiful Christian centre. Bedrooms have en-suite facilities, and bedding and towels are provided. Accommodation is in shared rooms (2-4 sharing) – you may like to request with whom you share a room.
Cost for weekend guests: £155.
There is limited space for day visitors (Saturday only) at £50.
